Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones the Corpshore Colombia site uses, for what purposes, and how you can accept them, refuse them or change your preferences at any time.

Draft pending review by Colombian legal counsel before final publication. It does not constitute legal advice.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They allow the site to remember information about your visit, such as your language or your preferences, and they help the site to function and improve.

There are first-party cookies, managed by Corpshore Colombia, and third-party cookies, managed by external providers. By duration, there are session cookies, which are deleted when you close the browser, and persistent cookies, which remain for a defined period.

2. Why we use cookies

We use cookies so that the site works correctly, to remember your preferences, to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

We do not use cookies to collect sensitive data or to make automated decisions that produce legal effects on you.

3. Cookie categories

Essential cookies: necessary for the site to function, such as security, basic navigation and remembering your decision about cookies. They do not require consent and cannot be disabled from the site.

Preference cookies: remember your choices, such as language or light or dark theme, to give you a more personalised experience.

Analytics cookies: help us understand how people interact with the site, which pages are visited and how to improve the content. They are activated only with your consent.

Marketing cookies: would be used to measure the effectiveness of campaigns or to show relevant content. They are activated only with your consent and only if enabled on the site.

4. Third-party cookies

Some functions of the site rely on external providers that may use cookies, such as analytics services, form verification against fraud and call-scheduling services.

These third parties treat the information in accordance with their own policies. When their activation depends on your consent, they will only operate if you authorise it.

5. Legal basis and consent

The use of non-essential cookies is based on your consent, which we request through a cookie notice the first time you visit the site.

You can accept all cookies, refuse the non-essential ones or configure your preferences by category. The site remembers your decision and respects that analytics and marketing cookies are not activated until you authorise them.

You can change your decision at any time through the site's cookie preferences mechanism.

6. How to manage your preferences on the site

When you enter the site you will see a notice that lets you accept, refuse or customise cookies. Your choice is saved and applied on your next visits.

You can reopen the cookie preferences panel whenever you wish to review or change your settings. If you clear the cookies from your browser, the notice may appear again.

7. How to manage cookies from your browser

In addition to the site panel, most browsers allow you to view, block and delete cookies from their settings.

In Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari and other browsers you will find cookie management within the privacy and security sections of the settings. Consult your browser's help for the exact steps.

Please note that blocking all cookies, including the essential ones, may affect the operation of the site.

8. Similar technologies

Along with cookies, the site may use similar technologies, such as browser local storage and pixels, for equivalent purposes of operation, preferences and measurement.

These technologies are governed by the same principles of consent and transparency described in this Policy.

9. Detail of the cookies and technologies we use

Consent cookie: stores your decision about cookie categories so that the notice is not shown to you on every visit. It is essential and persistent.

Preference cookies: remember the selected language and the light or dark theme. They improve the experience and are not activated until you use those functions.

Analytics cookies: when you authorise them, we measure site use in aggregate with analytics services that tell us which pages are visited and how to improve the content. They are not used to identify you individually.

Form security cookies: the verification against fraud and bots on the forms may use the security provider's cookies to distinguish people from automated systems.

Scheduling service cookies: when call scheduling is enabled, the relevant provider may use cookies to operate its widget.

The specific list of providers and cookies may change over time. The version in force is reflected in the site's cookie preferences panel.

10. International transfers

Some providers that operate cookies or similar technologies may be located outside Colombia. In those cases, the associated treatment of personal data is carried out in compliance with Ley 1581 de 2012 and Decreto 1377 de 2013, with the guarantees the rule requires for international transfers and transmissions.

11. Retention and updates

Each cookie has a defined duration. Session cookies are deleted when you close the browser and persistent cookies remain for the time necessary for their purpose, or until you delete them.

We periodically review the site's cookies and update this Policy and the preferences panel when we add or remove any.

12. Minors

The site is not directed at minors and does not seek to install cookies for the purpose of profiling children or adolescents. If a minor uses the site, the same consent and cookie management options apply.

13. Personal data and cookies

When cookies treat personal data, that treatment is governed by the Privacy Policy and by Colombian data protection regulations.

You keep your rights as a data subject, including access, rectification, update and deletion, which you can exercise by writing to info@corpshore.solutions.

14. Changes and contact

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes on the site or in the regulations. The version in force will be the one published with its update date.

For questions about this Policy you may write to info@corpshore.solutions.
