Security and Compliance
Information security and compliance are part of the Corpshore Colombia model, governed from the head office in Toronto and operated in Colombia under Ley 1581 de 2012.
Data protection in Colombia
The treatment of personal data is governed by Ley 1581 de 2012 and Decreto 1377 de 2013, with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio as supervisory authority.
Group frameworks
At group level, Corpshore works with international security and quality frameworks, among them ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC 2 Type II, PCI-DSS, HIPAA-aligned operations and GDPR alignment.
The scope of each framework at this entity is confirmed during due diligence with the client. We do not present as belonging to this entity a certification whose scope does not correspond to it.
Toronto-managed governance
Client accountability, quality assurance and compliance are governed from the Canadian head office, with delivery executed in Colombia.
Security practices
We apply least-privilege access control, encryption in transit, access traceability, staff training and incident management. Integration credentials are kept server-side and are not exposed in the browser.
