Bilingual French Customer Service Agent

Responsibilities

  • Traiter les demandes des clients en français par téléphone, courriel, clavardage et messagerie
  • Résoudre les demandes au premier contact autant que possible
  • Documenter chaque interaction intégralement dans les systèmes du client
  • Respecter le registre et les conventions linguistiques du marché desservi, notamment le français canadien pour les clients québécois
  • Gérer les remboursements, les modifications et les demandes administratives dans les limites autorisées
  • Escalader les dossiers complexes selon les protocoles établis
  • Gérer les situations sensibles avec empathie et techniques de désescalade
  • Respecter les obligations de confidentialité applicables, y compris la Loi 1581 de 2012 de la Colombie
  • Participer aux sessions hebdomadaires de calibration linguistique et qualité
  • Atteindre les objectifs de niveau de service, de qualité et de délai de traitement
  • Appuyer le service en espagnol lors des périodes de forte demande

Requirements

  • Français au niveau B2 minimum sur l'échelle CECR, C1 fortement préféré, évalué avant l'offre
  • Espagnol natif ou courant
  • Diplôme d'études secondaires complété
  • Excellente expression écrite en français, sans erreurs de grammaire ni d'orthographe
  • Disponibilité du lundi au samedi selon l'horaire indiqué
  • Disponibilité pour un horaire hybride basé à Bogotá
  • Carte d'identité colombienne valide ou permis de travail

Preferred

  • Expérience du français canadien ou séjour prolongé au Québec ou au Canada francophone
  • Expérience en service à la clientèle, centre de contact ou soutien
  • Anglais au niveau B1 ou supérieur
  • Diplôme technique ou universitaire
  • Certification DELF ou DALF
