Outbound Sales Agent

You will run outbound sales and lead qualification for United States and Canadian clients, from our Medellín hub.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to qualify leads and advance sales opportunities
  • Present client products and solutions accurately and persuasively in English and Spanish
  • Handle objections with product knowledge and consultative technique rather than pressure
  • Qualify prospects against the client's defined criteria and route or close accordingly
  • Book qualified meetings for the client's field sales team where that is the model
  • Maintain a complete and accurate record of every opportunity in the CRM
  • Meet targets for qualified opportunities, conversion and pipeline progression
  • Follow all applicable outbound contact regulations and client compliance rules
  • Provide structured feedback on lead quality and script effectiveness
  • Participate in sales coaching, calibration and product training
  • Maintain product and competitive knowledge as the client's offering evolves

Requirements

  • Native or equivalent Spanish
  • English at CEFR B2 or above, assessed before offer, since much selling is in English
  • One to three years in sales, telesales, inside sales or a target-carrying customer role
  • Demonstrable comfort with targets, objection handling and consultative conversation
  • Resilience and a positive approach to a measured, results-driven role
  • Secondary education completed, with sales or business study an advantage
  • Availability for a hybrid schedule based in Medellín
  • Valid Colombian ID or work permit

Preferred

  • B2B or SaaS sales experience
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft
  • English at C1
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling into United States or Canadian markets
