Customer Success Manager
You will own the success and retention of a portfolio of United States and Canadian business customers on behalf of our clients, working fully remotely from anywhere in Colombia.

Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of business customer accounts, driving adoption, retention and satisfaction
- Conduct onboarding, training and regular business reviews with customers
- Monitor account health signals and intervene proactively to prevent churn
- Identify and develop expansion and upsell opportunities, in partnership with sales
- Serve as the trusted advisor and primary relationship owner for your accounts
- Translate customer feedback into product and service insights for the client
- Maintain accurate account records, health scores and forecasts in the CRM
- Meet targets for retention, expansion and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate internal resources to resolve customer issues and deliver value
- Conduct business reviews and advise customers at a strategic level in English
Requirements
- English at CEFR C1, assessed before offer, since the role is conducted primarily in English with business customers
- Native or fluent Spanish
- Four or more years in customer success, account management or a relationship-owning commercial role
- A demonstrable record of retaining and growing business accounts
- Strong commercial judgement, communication and relationship skills
- Comfort advising business customers as a strategic partner
- University degree or equivalent demonstrated experience
- A reliable home working setup, located in Colombia
- Valid Colombian ID or work permit
Preferred
- SaaS or technology customer success experience
- Experience with customer success platforms: Gainsight, Totango, ChurnZero
- Experience owning United States or Canadian business relationships
- A track record of expansion and net revenue retention
- Diaspora professionals returning from abroad with North American commercial experience are strongly encouraged to apply
