Bilingual Conversational AI Data Specialist
You will build and evaluate the conversational data that trains AI assistants and chatbots to understand English and Spanish, working fully remotely from anywhere in Colombia.

Responsibilities
- Create, write and review conversational training examples in English and Spanish
- Label intent, entities, sentiment and dialogue acts according to the defined schema
- Evaluate chatbot and assistant responses for accuracy, tone and naturalness in both languages
- Identify where a conversational model misreads intent or produces unnatural responses
- Apply annotation guidelines consistently and help refine them
- Maintain inter-annotator agreement thresholds and participate in calibration
- Escalate ambiguous cases for guideline decisions
- Capture the differences between English and Spanish conversational register that affect model behaviour
- Meet volume targets without compromising accuracy
- Maintain data confidentiality under Law 1581 of 2012
Requirements
- Native or equivalent Spanish, with excellent written expression
- English at CEFR B2 or above, assessed before offer
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency in structured work
- Strong writing ability in both languages
- Comfort working with annotation tools and computers throughout the day
- Secondary education completed, further study an advantage
- A reliable home working setup, located anywhere in Colombia
- Valid Colombian ID or work permit
Preferred
- Study or interest in linguistics, languages, communication or computer science
- Prior experience in annotation, transcription, translation, editing or content quality
- Familiarity with conversational AI or chatbots
- English at C1
- Prior remote work experience
