AI Training Data Specialist (German)

Responsibilities

• Annotation und Bewertung deutschsprachiger Text-, Bild- oder Audiodaten nach dem definierten Schema
• Bewertung von Modellausgaben auf sprachliche Korrektheit, Register und pragmatische Angemessenheit im Deutschen
• Erstellung und Pflege von Annotationsrichtlinien und Divergenz-Taxonomien für das Deutsche
• Einhaltung und Überwachung der Schwellenwerte für die Übereinstimmung zwischen Annotatoren
• Eskalation mehrdeutiger Fälle an den Linguistic Lead
• Teilnahme an wöchentlichen Kalibrierungssitzungen zur Wahrung der Datensatzkonsistenz
• Mitarbeit in den Trainings-Pipelines der Kunden und wöchentliche Festlegung der Annotationsprioritäten
• Analyse der Modellleistung im Deutschen und Ermittlung der sprachlichen Ursache von Leistungslücken
• Durchführung von Qualitätsaudits an gelieferten Datensätzen
• Einhaltung der Datenverarbeitung gemäß dem kolumbianischen Gesetz 1581 von 2012

Requirements

• Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem oder C1-Niveau, geprüft vor dem Angebot
• Spanisch oder Englisch auf B2-Niveau
• Zwei bis vier Jahre Erfahrung in Linguistik, Datenannotation, NLP-Qualität oder einem verwandten Bereich
• Nachweisbares Verständnis der Annotationsmethodik: Schemadesign, Annotator-Übereinstimmung, Kalibrierung, Qualitätsmessung
• Vertrautheit mit Bewertungskonzepten des maschinellen Lernens: Precision, Recall, F1
• Sicherer Umgang mit Datenwerkzeugen: fortgeschrittene Tabellenkalkulation, idealerweise SQL oder Python
• Universitätsabschluss in Linguistik, Sprachen, Informatik oder verwandtem Bereich
• Bereitschaft für ein hybrides Arbeitsmodell mit Sitz in Medellín
• Gültiger kolumbianischer Ausweis oder Arbeitserlaubnis

Preferred

• Aufbaustudium in Linguistik, Computerlinguistik oder NLP
• Python für die Datenanalyse: pandas, numpy
• Erfahrung mit Annotationsplattformen: Label Studio, Prodigy, Scale, Labelbox
• Erfahrung mit RLHF, Modellbewertung oder Red-Teaming
• Weitere Sprachen: Französisch, Portugiesisch, Italienisch
• Längerer Aufenthalt im deutschsprachigen Raum
