Multilingual Training Data Specialist

Responsibilities

• Concevoir et maintenir des schémas d'annotation, incluant des dimensions pragmatiques comme la directivité, le registre de politesse et l'intensité du sentiment
• Documenter les taxonomies de divergence décrivant comment l'usage diffère systématiquement entre le français, l'espagnol et leurs variantes régionales
• Animer des sessions hebdomadaires de calibration entre les équipes d'annotation pour maintenir la cohérence du jeu de données
• Définir et surveiller les seuils d'accord inter-annotateurs par variante
• Travailler au sein des pipelines d'apprentissage automatique des clients, en fixant les priorités d'annotation chaque semaine selon l'incertitude du modèle
• Analyser la performance du modèle par langue et variante et identifier la cause linguistique des écarts
• Concevoir et exécuter des audits de qualité sur les jeux de données livrés
• Former et développer les responsables linguistiques et les spécialistes de l'annotation
• Rédiger la documentation destinée aux clients et présenter les conclusions aux équipes d'apprentissage automatique
• Maintenir la conformité du traitement des données selon la Loi 1581 de 2012 de la Colombie

Requirements

• Français natif ou C1, avec une connaissance démontrable de la variation régionale
• Espagnol natif
• Anglais B2 ou supérieur valorisé, car une partie du travail client se déroule en anglais
• Trois ans ou plus en linguistique, linguistique computationnelle, annotation de données ou qualité TAL
• Compréhension démontrable de la méthodologie d'annotation: conception de schémas, accord inter-annotateurs, calibration, mesure de la qualité
• Familiarité avec les concepts d'évaluation d'apprentissage automatique: précision, rappel, F1
• Aisance avec les outils de données: tableurs avancés, et idéalement SQL ou Python
• Diplôme universitaire en linguistique, linguistique computationnelle, langues, informatique ou domaine connexe
• Disponibilité pour un horaire hybride basé à Bogotá
• Carte d'identité colombienne valide ou permis de travail

Preferred

• Études supérieures en linguistique, linguistique computationnelle ou TAL
• Python pour l'analyse de données: pandas, numpy
• Expérience avec des plateformes d'annotation: Label Studio, Prodigy, Scale, Labelbox
• Expérience avec le RLHF, l'évaluation de modèles ou le red-teaming
• Langues supplémentaires: portugais, allemand, italien
• Travaux publiés ou recherche en dialectologie, sociolinguistique ou pragmatique
