Responsibilities
- Own programme-level performance across multiple pods against contractual service levels
- Lead, develop and hold accountable a group of team leaders
- Manage staffing, scheduling and attrition across the programme in coordination with workforce management
- Own the operational client relationship, including performance reviews and escalations
- Conduct root cause analysis on programme-level performance issues and drive corrective action
- Ensure quality and compliance standards are met across all pods
- Manage programme budgets and operational efficiency within targets
- Develop team leaders and build the succession pipeline for future leadership
- Report programme performance to the Operations Manager and the client
- Lead through change: ramps, client requirement changes, process improvements
Requirements
- Native or equivalent Spanish
- English at CEFR C1, assessed before offer
- Three or more years in operational leadership, including managing team leaders or supervisors
- A demonstrable record of running an operation to service level and quality targets
- Strong people leadership, client management and analytical skills
- University degree or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Availability for onsite work in Medellín on a rotating coverage schedule
- Valid Colombian ID or work permit
Preferred
- Experience managing United States or Canadian client programmes
- COPC, Six Sigma or comparable operational certification
- Experience across BPO, IT-enabled services or multiple verticals
- A track record of developing team leaders into supervisors
